Working principle
The starch milk enters the middle cavity of the cylinder from the
cyclone feed port through the starch pump.
The starch paste enters the inlet of the cyclone tube and enters
the inside of the cyclone tube along the tangential direction of
the cyclone tube.
In the cyclone tube, the material components rotate in a spiral and
generate centrifugal force.
The relatively small density of protein and water have small
centrifugal force, and they perform spiral motion and are reduced
to the resistance of the lower part of the cone.
A counter-rotating spiral vortex is formed from the bottom outlet
and is discharged upward toward the outlet, thereby achieving each
