PLC Control Wheat Starch Equipment For Smooth And Easy Operation
Flour from flour processing plants is stored in flour silos and
evenly transported to the dough mixing section to make flour
slurry. The slurry is then sent to the screening section, where
gluten separation, washing, dehydration, and drying are performed,
and gluten powder and B starch are produced at the same time. After
gluten separation, the crude starch slurry is sent to the screening
section to remove fine fibers (sent to the feed mill). The starch
slurry is refined into pure starch slurry after screening.
The pure starch slurry is dehydrated, dried and packaged to become
the final product - A starch. The refined starch slurry can also be
sent directly to starch sugar factories to produce other sugar
products or to starch modification factories to produce modified
starch.
