Cassava been feed into raw material silo by loader. Then cassava
will fall on belt conveyor uniformly by means of vibration device
below silo. After that cassava will passing through two stages of
cleaning devices dry sieve and washing slot. Cleaned cassava will
be crushed into slurry by means of two stages smashing, cutting
machine and rasper. The slurry will be transported into centrifuge
sieve by screw pump to remove fiber.
Then remove small practical of fiber by fine fiber sieve. Then the
slurry will enter refining and concentration stage. There are disc
separator and hydro cyclone station design according to design
capacity requirement. Starch slurry concentration will increase to
be 20-22 Baume after refining stage.
Then it will be pumped into peeler centrifuge for dehydration.
Starch cake after dehydration will be blend and below up into
drying pipe system by the winnow. The final starch product will be
collected in the buffer tank and packing and transported into the
warehouse.
